Fresh ground green tea has no rival, its super healthy, super tasty, and super easy to make. Just add hot or cold water and mix/stir, that's it. Simple!
I use the Kyocera mill daily and it grinds fairly well. It works great for all green tea but some may want to use a strainer or cheese cloth to catch the larger particles when grinding anything other than tencha. Tencha is produced with the intention to be ground. The tencha we sell is of the highest quality and is delisious.
